Part 4: YOUR ‘Success Path’
I’m not only an Entrepreneur and Stage Designer, but before all especially a ‘Not Just Headlines’ – Advocate.
We live in a world of ‘Headlines’ — over-indulged by media bombarding us from every angle — all the time. Wherever we turn, there is something new that springs to our attention. News Headlines running across buildings. Press PopUps on our phones. Constant Emails, Social Media and Messenger Updates.
Fact is — as soon as we look at the headlines, equally as soon we let it go. At least this is what we think. This is what we believe. We really are ‘just checking in’. Right?
BUUUT — our mind doesn’t let it go. And so we open one ‘box’ after another, one ‘draw’ after another, and keep tossing more and more bits into it, without ever closing them again. What a mess!!!
LOSING FOCUS IS EASY — REALLY EASY.
When I say “More Than Just Headlines” — what I mean is — “Let’s take the time to find YOUR story.”
UNRAVEL IT — DISCOVER IT — AND DO SOMETHING WITH IT !!!
I draw inspiration from films. At University, as a Stage Designer part of my course was that I HAD TO watch films (this was a Major subject!!!) — to extract and read information, signs and messages that were difficult to find, hidden amongst all the other ‘things’ that were happening at the same time. Details that the ‘typical’ Movie Audience only reacts to on a sub-conscious level. This was the Foundation for digging deeper — going way beyond the surface of what we hear, read and see — preparing us not only for detail-oriented and relevant Observation and related Outcomes, but also for successful future conversations with directors we were going to work with.
Over the years I became a MASTER WAY FINDER — first for the directors I worked with — and then for Entrepreneurs and People like you.
I have a passion to ‘unpack’ WHAT is there — inside you — yearning to come out.
